Belmont

Architecturally built in the early 1970s this south end gem was a treat to work on, a total gut. We worked with the space, and kept all the best qualities from its original design.

Some of the highlights: Lifted the house 12 feet to accommodate the 3 car garage, fully polished concrete floors, custom wine cellar, cat tunnel to cat area, custom millwork for closets, a theatre room and maple millwork on 8x8 skylight.
